AREA SUPERVISOR - SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

A summary of this position's duties is as follows:

Supervises restaurant operations within an assigned area of 5-7 restaurants.  Ensures that the annual business plan for the area is achieved while maintaining or exceeding LYFE Kitchen standards. Provides leadership to the recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision and development of all team members in the area with particular emphasis on keeping a full pipeline of "next up" leadership team members.  Serves as assigned area's senior LYFE Kitchen community relations and brand executive;   teaches and reinforces the LYFE Kitchen brand elements.  Ensures the safety of all restaurants, guests and team members.
